As you most probably already know, blowbars, or also called impact hammers, are a key component in the crushing activities in any aggregate, mining or cement plant operation. Blowbars are the crusher part that impact the material going into the crushing chamber, therefore it is the part suffering most wear of all. We can then assume, the longer the blowbars keep the original new profile the better results the crusher operator will obtain. Having in mind this concept, Aceros y Suministros has developed different alloys to suit different working conditions, allowing customers to maximise the crusher performance.

When you need a very good resistance to impact, Recyking is the alloy to choose. It will allow heavy impacts from uncrusable objects or big feeding sizes, while still having a good abrasion resistance.

As its name suggests, Flexyking allows different crushing conditions. It has a high resistance to abrasion while still has a medium resistance to impact.
