We normally hold wear parts in stock, for example: the rotors (dynamically balanced), the breaker plates (upper and lower), upper and lower impact plates, upper and lower side liners, bottom plates, and upper and lower lips. We can also supply the fastening hardware for these spare parts.
Alloys used for PULVOMATIC ™ spare parts
ACEMIN manufactures the rotors in special anti-wear steel. Specifically, in manganese steel, a steel with ideal characteristics for this type of part. It has good abrasion resistance and very good resistance to heavy impacts. The rotors are dynamically balanced to ensure a perfect fit and smooth operation of the crusher.
Depending on the working conditions and the material to be crushed, we can offer different PULVOMATIC ™ rotor designs, with 5, 6 and 7 hammers. By varying the number of hammers we optimise their duration and wear life.
The breaker plates and side liners are made in anti-wear manganese steel. This manganese steel is specially treated for the type of crushing and the impacts under which it works in this crusher.
