What information do you need to prepare the quotation?
The details in the form: make and model of the machine, the original manufacturer's part number or the drawing, the material it processes, quantity and the date you need it. If you would also like us to propose the part material, add the hardness, abrasiveness and moisture of the feed, and the crushing or grinding stage.
Can I request a quote if I do not have the part number?
Yes. Email us photos of the machine nameplate and the worn part, with any dimensions you can measure. With that we try to identify it and, if there is no drawing, we can reproduce it from the worn part by reverse engineering with 3D laser scanners. We will tell you what else is needed.
What happens if my enquiry is missing some information?
We write to ask you for it. The 24/48-hour response applies to complete enquiries, i.e. with the machine model, the part number or drawing and the material it processes. If you are unsure about any detail, send what you have, even just a photo of the part, and we will complete it with you by email or phone.
What is the delivery time for the parts?
We confirm a firm delivery time in the quotation, depending on stock, alloy and size. A stocked part ships sooner than one in a special alloy, a large one or one needing a new pattern. If you need it by a specific date or because of a breakdown, say so in the form’s ‘When you need it’ field.
Do you ship parts outside Spain?
Yes. Between 2023 and 2025 we served customers in 38 countries across Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania. State the country and place of delivery in your enquiry, so that we can take them into account when preparing the quotation, and if your import requires any specific document, tell us from the start too.
What documentation comes with the order?
Whatever your quality system requires, agreed with you in the quotation: tell us what you need when you request a quote. Aceros y Suministros is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (DNV, certificate C746941) and ISO 14001:2015 (URS, certificate 79733/A/0001/UK), and parts are inspected before dispatch.
